All payments for Cool Ai are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax collection, and compliance on our behalf. When you subscribe to Cool Ai, your transaction is processed by Creem, and Creem's name may appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will retain access to all features and your remaining credits until the period ends.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the current billing cycle.
  • Your account will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
  • Service Unavailability: If our service experiences significant downtime (exceeding 48 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using the platform, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or credit.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same billing period, we will refund all duplicate charges.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial billing periods after cancellation.
  • Rollover Credits: Purchased rollover credits are non-refundable and remain in your account as long as your subscription is active.
  • Subscriptions cancelled after significant usage of allocated credits.
  • Account terminations due to violation of our Terms of Service.
